Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item for store credit from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be undamaged and in the original packaging suitable for resale.
Your item needs to have the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Store Credits
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your credit after inspecting the item.
You will receive the credit within 3 days, which can be used for any items available from Maxord Precision Rifle Systems.
Warranty Claims
We stand by the quality of all the products we sell.
While different manufacturers may provide different warranties (for example for parts and workmanship, versus electronic components) we strive to ensure products are supported throughout their life.
